This was one of the best experiences I've had with a repair service of any sort. From the outset, my inquiry was answered very quickly, in a friendly and professional manner. I was actually surprised at the speed of the repair itself, and the quality of the work is second to none. They handled my special requests with no problems at all. (I wanted to keep the original Bakelite finish, since my grandmother made every one of those scratches. I also wanted the brushes and capacitor replaced, without regard to actual need.) I don't anticipate needing any further work on this particular mixer, but I won't hesitate to send another one if the need arises, and I'll also heartily recommend this service to my friends. We are extremely pleased with restoration of our Sunbeam mixmaster. Richard is quick and keptus informed as he went along. Took exactly 7 days from the day we mailed it to the day we got it back. Works perfectly.
