Note: You must purchase this service before sending your mixer to us!


Attention! Due to availability of parts, we do not

service any mixers older than model 5's.


Mixers requiring service are given the following treatment:


All parts are cleaned and inspected for damage and wear.

Grease is removed and areas are cleaned and regreased with high-temperature, food-safe lubricant. Unit is completely lubricated.

Speed controls are cleaned and adjusted.

Chrome, Bakelite and contacts are all cleaned and polished.

Electrical wires are inspected and replaced or sealed if damaged or frayed.

We will almost always replace the power cord, unless yours is perfect. Let's be safe!

If the machine needs parts, there is an additional cost. (If parts are available.)

Then send your mixer and invoice number to us, being sure to package it well.

  

Be sure to take the motor off of the stand and protect the handle well.

 

Do not send bowls, beaters and stand. (Just the mixer head.)

  

 

3-5 weeks later we ship your mixer back to you clean and running like new.
